Refund & Return  Policy

Thank You for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not

completely satisfied with the quality of our oil paintings, you may return them to us for an exchange or full refund. We offer you an unconditional "Love It or Swap It" guarantee however we are not offering "Money Back Guarantee".Please note that change of mind is not considered to be a valid reason for asking for refund.

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven ( 7 ) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at aulacartgallery1@vies.com.au

to obtain a Return Authorization.(RA) number. After receiving a RA number, place the item in secure packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
